Ponies
have been described to the best of my ability. I know
we collectors can be a finickly lot, so I've spent quite
a bit of time looking over each pony and listing every
single flaw I could find in order to accurately describe
them for you. Unfortunately, all photos were taken with
my webcam and are of poor quaility. Photos of specific
parts or flaws are available upon request. Just to let
you know, offers to trade Beddy Bye Eye Babies to me will
never be accepted. I hate those things with a passion.
Condition
Ratings:
I rate the condition of each pony on a scale of 1 - 10,
1 being the worst condition possible and 10 being the
best. Overall condition of each pony is described using
the following terms:
Mint / Excellent / Perfect: virtually flawless
Near
Mint: one or two very miniscule flaws which are only
noticeable under close srutiny, such as a tiny dot here
or there.
Very
Good: displays well. Flaws not noticeable from afar.
Minimal playwear. May have crinkled tinsel or a small
paint chip.
Good:
in better condition than average. May have dry hair or
something like that. Probably restorable to near mint
condition with proper care. Body does not have flaws like
chew dents or permanant ink marks.
Fair:
has flaw(s) which are not easily repaired, such as severely
damaged hair or large symbol rubs. Good for customs and
replacement parts. May have a permanent mark.
CB
(custom bait): major flaws, missing parts, lots of
unremoveable marks, etc. These are good for the very experienced
customizer.
Poor:
unsalvagealbe. May be good for color matching or to give
to your pet.
Status
Ratings:
Each pony listed has a status indicator to let potential
traders know who's available and who's not.
Status: AVAILABLE means that the pony has no pending
inquiries and she is available for sale or trade. Chances
are if you want it, you'll get it. Sometimes a pony will
be put on hold before I am able to update the website,
in which case, I will tell you the situation and ask if
you want me to notify you in case anything falls through.
Status:
HOLD means that someone has filled out the form and I
will not offer it for sale or trade to anyone else. If
you are purchasing the pony, I am waiting to recieve your
payment or for your payment to clear. If a pony you want
is listed as on hold, you can still fill out the form
and request to be put on the waiting list in case the
sale or trade falls through.
Status:
SOLD means that a pony has been paid for and has been
or is waiting to be shipped. Your pony will be removed
from the sale/trade pages once you have recieved it.
Policies
and Disclaimers: I reserve the right to decline any
price or trade offer. My prices are based on condition
of the pony and the amount I paid for it, as well as the
rarity of the pony. All prices negotiable unless otherwise
stated in product description. Ponies have been described
to the best of my ability. If you recieve your pony and
are dis-satisfied with it, return it to me for a refund
of the price and one-way of the shipping costs. My references
will be provided to you upon request.
I
reserve the right to check your online feedback ratings
and references with or without your verbal or written
consent, including but not limited to: publicly posted
inquiries on the My Little Pony and/or 80s toy message
board(s) of my choice, checking your eBay feedback, and
emailing people with whom you have had previous transactions.
I am in no way obligated to notify you of where or with
whom I conduct reference checks and/or what my findings
were. Extensive poor feedback is legitimate grounds for
termination of our transaction at any time, with or without
notice and/or explanation, prior to reciept of payment.
The same policies for extensive negative feedback also
apply if I discover that you have provided me with false
feedback and/or reference contact information (such as
claiming an eBay ID that is not yours, getting friends
to provide good recommendations for you, etc). Negative
feedback WILL be left and any name/address/phone number/contact
information I can find may be publicly posted on the Internet
and shared with those whom I deem fit to know. By contacting
me, you are giving your irrevokable consent for me to
follow through with these actions if it is later learned
that you have lied or misrepresented your name or feedback
profile.
Once
I have agreed to complete a transaction with you, I will
follow through with my end.† By filling out and submitting
the form to your right, you are agreeing to uphold yours
if price/trade negotiations are concluded to the satisfaction
of both parties. Ponies will be put on hold for up to
one week from the date of first contact while you think
it over or are waiting to be paid, unless other arrangements
between us are made beforehand. If you do not contact
me within three days of my response to your initial inquiry,
the ponies you requested may be put back up for sale.
I
ship worldwide. Accepted forms of payment are: non-credit
card funded deposits into my Paypal account (unless you
pay the credit card fees), personal check, direct deposit
into my bank account, and money order. Concealed cash
may be sent at your own risk. Buyer pays for any and all
shipping costs, unless your purchases total $50 or more,
in which case shipping is free. If we are trading, you
pay for shipping the item you are sending to me and I
pay for shipping the item I am sending to you.
